Endless Abilities Inc. is looking to hire a dedicated and energetic Supervised Therapist for both In-Centre and In-home therapy. Both part-time and full-time vacancies are available. The position involves working with children diagnosed with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities. Supervised Therapists are supervised by a Senior Therapist and Clinical supervisor and work alongside a collaborative team of professionals. The candidate must also be willing to travel to client homes within the Peel Region (travel reimbursement provided). Position: Supervised Therapist
Hours: 20-40 hours
Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $21-$30 per hour

Role and Responsibilities
- Implementing IBI/ABA therapy in 1:1 DTT and NET and small group therapy
- Monitoring child’s progress through data collection and graphing
- Support client goals through implementation strategies
- Communicating with parents on an on-going basis
- Communicating and working collaboratively in a team environment
- Working within a variety of locations including but limited to; clinic, homes, daycares and schools
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you will possess:
- 1 year of experience working and teaching children with special needs
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (until 6:30 pm and occasional Saturdays)
- Education in one of the following: Behavioural Science Technology Diploma, Autism Behavioural Science Certificate, Child & Youth Worker Diploma, Developmental Services Worker, Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree, a degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and receptiveness to feedback
- Updated vulnerable sector check
